Randall Rothenberg, a well-regarded author, reporter and editor has been
named Editor-in-Chief of Strategy & Business Media. Strategy & Business
Media is the communications venture that publishes the award-winning

unit, has entered into a multi-million dollar engagement to provide the

First Data Corp, a leading electronic commerce and payment services
company, announced an agreement with Passlogix Inc, a leader in defining
electronic identity management technology and solutions, to develop a next
generation wallet. First Data also made an undisclosed investment in
Passlogix.
