For the fifth annual World AIDS Day on-line observance we are expanding Day Without Art (DWA) Web Action 1999 from a one-day event into a dynamic 365-day on-line affair. Our two actions, BANNER PROJECT 1999 and THE DAILY DISPATCH will explore how the AIDS pandemic is impacting communities globally.
