We're very familiar with where Silicon Alley is. But how many of you know where the
Silicon Corridor is? Well, city council candidate Carlos Manzano has the development
of this area along the Hudson River in Chelsea as part of his agenda. Very interested
in the growth of technology companies in the Alley, he has gone to WWWAC
meetings and expressed his desire to lead the Silicon Alley initiative for the City
Council during his post, if he is elected. This year 41 out of 41 council members are up
for reelection. He sees this as a crucial time for the city to really start taking action on
some initiatives for our growth. This gentleman is energetic, informed and presents
himself as a decent option as a representative.
