Before jetting back East to New York, I had the chance to stop by the
Fairmont for BusinessWeek's The Digital Economy executive programs
conference on December 5 to 6. Speakers included Commerce One's CEO Mark
Hoffman and Softbank Technology Ventures' General Partner Scott Russell.
They spoke on topics ranging from Exchanges to E-Services to New
Financing Models. Guests also got to hear Netcentives fellow Hans Peter
Brodmo, Stanford Law School professor Lawrence Lessig and Inktomi
Corporation's David Peterschmidt speak. Even Jay Leno showed up the first
night to entertain attendees during dinner!
