More Thursday Frenzies


@Home entertained guests in the Campbell apartment; Vindigo dealt with a packed house at Saci and Jeeves from AskJeeves hosted a banner bash, all on Thursday, September 14. The IandI Asia group also hosted a panel discussion Thursday on the "Anatomy of an Asian Internet deal? Entrepreneur and Legal Perspectives" for guests at Globix's headquarters. Fresh from raising $20 million in venture funding, Joe Ngai, CEO of Delirium, spoke about the current Asian Internet environment from an entrepreneur’s perspective and his experiences in raising venture capital. Jonathan Perkel, senior associate from Morrison & Foerster LLP, who represents Delirium, discussed the latest trends in the VC world from a legal perspective and proper structuring of deals in the Asian markets.
