OpenTable.com, the online restaurant reservation network, announced a $10 million investment led by two top venture capital funds, Impact Venture Partners and Benchmark Capital. The funding will fuel OpenTable.com's rapid nationwide expansion, and furthers the company's position as the leading provider of online restaurant reservations. OpenTable.com's real-time reservation system links diners to open tables at fine dining establishments in major cities around the country at www.opentable.com.

The Mills Corporation (NYSE:MLS), owner and operator of market dominant retail and entertainment destinations, announced a strategic alliance with Centerseat LLC (www.centerseat.com), the digital media company. The program will launch in February.
