Genosys Opens Network Operations Centers
Genosys Technology Management Inc., is getting into the business of providing management services. to that end, the firm opened two network operations centers -- one in New York and one in London -- to serve as hubs through which Genosys can monitor custoemr networks, systems and applications. This new service will boost Genosys' core work, a portal that allows clients to monitor the performance of their IT assets. The centers will give them the ability to maintain network and system uptime without making the investmetns in operations staff, software and equipment that would normally entail.

Cone Interactive Signs on Installinc and Lowestfare.com
Cone, Inc. Interactive practice has signed Installinc to its ever-growing client roster. Not only that, but Lowestfare.com, a client since late January 2000, has expanded its relationship with Cone. Cone will help Installinc, which coordinates product delivery for its customers, develop a consumer and business-to-business focused public relations campaign for its upcoming launch and subsequent nationwide rollout. Cone will also develop a corporate positioning program for Installinc, and help it brand the service through an aggressive media relations campaign. For Las Vegas, NV-based Lowestfare.com provides discount travel products and services to the leisure and business traveler and to U.S.-based travel agencies. Cone will conduct a comprehensive consumer campaign, including media relations, guerilla marketing and promotions for Lowestfare.com.

Guyville Teams with Healthology.com
Guyville.com, the largest online information resource and entertainment site for men, announced today a partnership with Healthology.com, a leading provider of health and medical content. Under the agreement, Guyville.com will provide its users with Healthology.com's vast resource of streaming video segments regarding men's health issues. One major goal of Guyville.com when it first launched its new site in June 2000 was to fill the void of men's health and fitness content on the web. Health issues are becoming increasingly important to today's man, whether it be hair loss, sexual health, disease prevention, or fitness. Guyville.com aims to be the leading online provider of this information, and its partnership with Healthology further establishes this commitment.

ABCNEWS.com Chooses ScreamingMedia
Video, audio, and text content from ABCNEWS.com will appear onScreamingMedia's network of more than 1000 website and wireless subscribers. ABCNEWS.com is part of Walt Disney Internet Group. ScreamingMedia will offer various types of content from ABCNEWS.com, including video packages created from ABC News programs and daily audio segments broken out in categories like news, technology, and entertainment. In addition, ScreamingMedia will be distributing interactive news components and original text stories from the ABCNEWS.com website.

Sapient to Acquire Human Code, Inc.
Sapient has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately-held Human Code, Inc. of Austin, Texas, a leading developer of rich media and broadband applications for entertainment and e-learning companies, for approximately 755,000 shares of common stock (pre-split) and the assumption of existing Human Code options. The acquisition will bring new capabilities to Sapient that complement its existing expertise in strategy, creative services, user experience, and technology, and underscores the company's commitment to maintaining its leadership in the creation of New Economy businesses.

OgilvyInteractive Names JumpCut to Digital Syndicate
JumpCut, Inc., a leader in interactive live media programming, has been named to the newly formed OgilvyInteractive Digital Syndicate, a consortium of leading web marketing firms. This makes them the exclusive multimedia and digital imaging service and media delivery provider for OgilvyInteractive. JumpCut has executed numerous projects for OgilvyOne's leading BtoB and consumer clients in the technology sector. These projects have included multimedia webcasts designed to generate new product interest while increasing overall brand awareness.
