Be Thankful You have the right...now exercise it come next November! The United States ranks 139th out of 172 democratic nations for our voting record during the last half century. We lag behind Russia, India, Germany and the United Kingdom, among others. We cannot sit back and let others determine our laws and leaders. In the 2004 election, 54% of votes cast were cast by women-a 2% increase since 2000. Not bad...but we can do better! Take the opportunity to express your views and speak your mind.
